Known as the Heritage Destination of South Africa, the North West Province presents travellers with a rewarding holiday destination that offers exciting wildlife and adventure encounters as well as the opportunity to participate in the area’s rich cultural and historical heritage. It is home to the fantastic Pilanesberg and Madikwe game reserves, where one can see the Big Five, fantastic birdlife and wide-open African skies. The region also boasts archaeological discoveries that go back to the beginnings of humankind, as well as the world-famous Sun City hotel complex that is creatively dedicated to ancient lost civilisations and modern-day pleasures.
